Displays must be paid for in full prior to confirming your booking or we have the right to refuse your request. Our displays are for rental purposes only. Your rental fee includes delivery, installation and removal of our sign display.
We ask that you **do not** have your lawn chemically treated or cut while our displays are installed! This is very important in order to prevent any damage and tedious cleaning to our signs.
Our displays include a separate sign with contact information for Sign Me Up. We appreciate that you do not remove or hide this sign.
If you’d like your signs removed early or if there is any issue with the location or the installation, please contact us at 205-614-8966 so that we can address your issue. Please **DO NOT** remove the signs yourself.
We require you to notify the homeowner if you are giving the gift of a sign display to friends, family or loved ones! For safety reasons, we cannot install our displays if the owner of the home/property is unaware that we are coming.
If you have curious neighbors, please notify them that we will be setting up a display in your yard after dark. This helps us avoid any safety and security issues.
Since weather can be unpredictable, it is possible that our installation will be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled in the event of severe lightening, thunder, high winds (greater than 25mph), heavy rain, snow or frozen grounds. We will be in touch with you leading up to your installation if we feel severe weather may impact our installation. In the event that your installation needs to be rescheduled, we will do our best to come up with a time as close to your original install date as possible. If we are unable to come up with a new time for installation, you will be fully refunded.
We take photos of all of our displays after installation for use on our social media accounts. By booking with us, you agree to the use of these photos on Facebook and Instagram. If you send a photo that you have taken with a child in it, we always ask for permission before sharing it.
No refunds will be given due to client giving the wrong address, homeowner requesting our sign to be removed, being denied access to a gated community, or circumstances that are out of our control.
All bookings canceled have the option to receive 1/2 of the booking rate as a refund OR you may receive full amount as a credit for a future booking date.
By booking a Sign Me Up installation you agree to the following: You, the client, will indemnify, hold harmless and release Sign Me Up from liability from any and all claims, lawsuits, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, damage and/or injury arising out of any acts, omissions, negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Sign Me Up, its owners, agents or contractors. You, the client, agree to abide by all rules and policies which state that our signs are not to be moved, touched, played on or around by anyone, especially children and pets, be in direct contact with lawn care equipment (including lawn mowers and weedwhackers) or come in contact with any lawn sprays or sprinklers. In addition, decorations, balloons, tape or other materials are not to be attached to any of our signs. You are responsible for all damage or stolen signs during your rental period which may include, but is not limited to, a loss and/or damage fee of $25 per sign.
